Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

We ship from France by La Poste.

All our products are in stock and your order is prepared and dispatched on the day of your order or the following day (Monday - Friday).

 

For deliveries to France and Belgium:

Classic delivery:

Delivery is made from France by La Poste within a maximum of 48 hours (guaranteed by La Poste), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day.

Once your package has been dispatched, Wannaccess will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.

Your order will be hand-delivered against signature. If you are absent or unable to collect your parcel, your letter carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel on presentation of proof of identity (within a maximum of 10 days).

Delivery to your workplace:

If you request delivery to your workplace, this indicates your consent for the parcel to be delivered to the reception, and not to you directly. Consequently, no claim can be made if the parcel has been delivered to your company and has not reached you.

Shipping costs are indicated when you enter your delivery address in your shopping cart.

 

For international deliveries :

Delivery from D+1 to D+4 (depending on the carrier chosen), hand-delivered against signature.

The contribution to international shipping costs is indicated when you enter the country of delivery in your basket.

Customers located outside the European Union (EU) are responsible for payment of any customs duties/taxes at destination, including Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom as of the Brexit implementation date.

Taxes and duties for the UK, Norway and Switzerland:

Customs duties (taxes) may apply for deliveries outside the Euro zone (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland), and are payable by the recipient. It is not possible to calculate them in advance, and they must be paid when your package is delivered.

If you are returning an order to the UK, Norway or Switzerland: we do not reimburse customs duties and other taxes (you can request reimbursement from your country's customs authorities).

NON WITHDRAWAL OF YOUR PARCEL:

In the event of return of your parcel due to an error in the address/name (entered by the customer) or non-recovery from the collection point, Wannaccess will cancel your order and refund your purchase within 7 days (excluding outward carriage costs, which remain at your expense).

For shipments to France, a flat-rate charge of €8 for Colissimo will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.

For shipments outside France, a flat-rate contribution to return postage costs of €15 will be deducted from the amount refunded.

 

FREE DELIVERY:

Delivery in France and Belgium to a retailer or Post Office (from 29€ ) : FREE DELIVERY.

Details of delivery charges are shown when you enter your address, after validating your basket.

RETURNS :

Return your item within 14 days, and choose between an exchange, refund or credit note.

The returned item must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with its original label and packaging, in accordance with the general terms of sale.

Please note: no returns will be accepted without the original product label.

This period is extended to 30 days for items not on sale or discounted, in which case the return will be made in exchange for a credit note valid for 3 months.

You are only responsible for return shipping costs.

We advise you to request delivery of your package against a signature, and to insure its contents. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return package, only the stamp of our warehouse at the time of delivery constitutes proof of delivery.

We do not reimburse shipping costs.

How do I go about it?

For a return within 14 days for a refund, enter your request directly in your customer area.

Your return request will be validated within 24 hours, and you will then be able to print your return slip from your customer area.

Return within 30 days for exchange or credit:

1/ Send us an email to [email protected], noting :

  • Your name
  • Your order number (noted on your delivery note and in your personal space)
  • The name of the item to be returned/exchanged
  • Your choice: exchange (with the name and color of the item you want instead), credit note, or refund (if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt).

2/ We will send you a return number within 24 hours, which you must indicate on your shipment.

3/ Send us your item to the address indicated on the return form.

4/ As soon as we receive your parcel and check the condition of the item, we will send you the desired item for exchange or credit.

Please note:

- If we refuse to accept the return of your item (time limit exceeded, item used, stained, without its label, washed, etc.), it will be returned to you for a shipping charge of 8 euros.

-Requests for refunds received late (after 14 days and before 30 days after receipt of the item) cannot be refunded and will be subject to a credit note valid for 3 months.

A confirmation message will be sent to you.

Wannaccess is based on the delivery times for which La Poste is committed (48H maximum), and cannot be held responsible for failure by La Poste to meet these deadlines.
