Terms & Conditions
The present website www.wannaccess.com (the "Website") is published by SARL JUNE DIFFUSION, SARL with a capital of 20,000 Euros, registered N° 539 631 499 0023 at the RCS of Bayonne, whose intracommunity VAT number is FR 11 539631499, and whose registered office is located: Rue Bidarmendia n°4, 64210 BIDART (hereinafter "WANNACCESS").

Preamble:
These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms and Conditions") are entered into between WANNACCESS and any non-trading individual ("the User") wishing to make a purchase from the Website (hereinafter referred to together as the "Parties").
The Parties agree that the present General Terms and Conditions exclusively govern their relationship. WANNACCESS reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions from time to time. They will be applicable as soon as they are put online.
If a condition of sale is lacking, it will be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies have their headquarters in France.
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of the General Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale between WANNACCESS and the User, from the placing of the order to after-sales services, including payment and delivery.
Article 2: Products
The products governed by these Terms and Conditions are those which appear on the Website and which are indicated as sold and dispatched by WANNACCESS (the "Products"). They are offered while stocks last.
The Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, WANNACCESS cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation.
Errors do happen. In the event that a product is incorrectly listed (e.g. price or description) due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order placed for such product and issue a refund.
Photographs of Products are not contractually binding.
Article 3: Prices
The prices of Products are indicated in Euros including all taxes for deliveries to France. They take into account VAT and any reductions applicable on the day of the order.
Product prices do not include shipping costs. Delivery charges will be indicated on the order form before the order is confirmed.
Taxes and duties for the UK, Norway and Switzerland:
Customs duties (taxes) may apply for deliveries outside the Euro zone (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland), and are payable by the recipient. It is not possible to calculate them in advance, and they must be paid when your package is delivered.
If you are returning an order to the UK, Norway or Switzerland: we do not reimburse customs duties and other taxes (you can request reimbursement from your country's customs authorities).
Article 4: Ordering
Users wishing to purchase a product must :
Fill in the identification form with all the details requested, or give your customer number if you have one.
Fill in the online order form, specifying all the references of the chosen products, validate the order after checking it.
Make payment as agreed.
Confirm your order and payment.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke its own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions. All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will send confirmation of the registered order by e-mail.
Article 5: Terms of payment
Payment is due when the order is placed. The user's account will be debited when the order is placed.
Payments are made by credit card via a secure system such that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can gain knowledge of it during transport on the network. r.
Article 6: Cancellation, withdrawal, returns and exchanges
Cancellation: Once an order has been paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled, but you can return it on receipt.
The User benefits from a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery of the product(s) for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of shipping/return costs.
Please note:
Any item received after the 14-day period following receipt of the order by the customer will be the subject of a credit note valid for 6 months, and cannot be reimbursed.
- Returns refused for non-conformity (used, stained, without label... or after the deadline) will be returned and a return participation fee of 8 euros will be charged.
The User has thirty days from delivery of the product (excluding special offers and sales) to exchange it for a similar product at the same price (color/size) or a credit note valid for 6 months.
Please note: no returns will be accepted without the original product label.
We advise you to return your item signed for and insured.

If a discount has been sent to you following your purchase, this will be cancelled as soon as you return the item for reimbursement.
Article 7: Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the company's premises WANNACCESS.
In the event of damage in transit, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be cancelled and the purchaser reimbursed.

Article 8: Warranty
WANNACCESS ships only authentic merchandise purchased directly from the designer.
However, please be aware that even these products are not entirely free from manufacturing errors.
WANNACCESS guarantees that all products are free from such problems for the first 30 days after purchase, and will replace or refund your purchase in the event of such a problem.
After 30 days, we will attempt to assist you with repairs, including providing replacement hardware if available from the manufacturer, but we will not provide a full replacement or refund for an unrepairable product after 30 days, unless the manufacturer is willing to replace or refund the product.
Article 9: Intellectual property
All elements of the "www.wannaccess.com" site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of WANNACCESS. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the written consent of WANNACCESS SARL.
Article 10: Personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, personal data relating to purchasers may be processed automatically. WANNACCESS reserves the right to collect information about purchasers (in particular to facilitate delivery). In order to improve the quality of its service, the purchaser may be contacted by e-mail to give his/her opinion on the progress of the order.
Purchasers may object to the disclosure of their contact details by notifying WANNACCESS SARL. Similarly, users have the right to access and rectify any data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.
Article 11: Archiving / proof
The company WANNACCESS SARL will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the French Civil Code. The computerized registers of WANNACCESS will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Article 12: Disputes
The present conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Bordeaux shall have jurisdiction, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third parties.
