Delivery and Returns



Orders placed before Monday, December 18, 11:00 a.m. will be guaranteed delivered before Christmas.


Orders placed from November 11, 2023 benefit from a return period extended to January 4, 2024 (date of delivery of the package to the carrier) to be reimbursed.

For returns made from January 5, the standard returns conditions apply (see below).

Every order is prepared and shipped the same day or the next day * (Monday - Friday).

Wannaccess delivers in most of European countries, Japan, Switzerland, and Australia.

Delivery time depends on the carrier you choose (from 1 to 7 days, see on your card) and requires a signature.

The amount of shipping cost participation is detailed at the step ''delivery'' of your order (free above 90€ or more depending on the country).

Once shipped, we send you an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.

To track the parcel in the country of delivery, you can find the parcel number and the local carrier on "further information" on the link to track your order.

You can contact our carrier La Poste to follow your parcel at 33 810 821 821 (The call center for international customer service is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm).

Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT, but are responsible for payment of duties/taxes on delivery, please note that we can not give you the amount in advance, this includes Switzerland and the UK as of 01/01/21.

Delivery to your office:

If you request delivery at your place of work, this indicates your consent for the package to be delivered to the office reception, not to you directly. Therefore no claim can be made if the package has been delivered to your company and did not reach you.


Return it within 14 days, and choose between an exchange, refund, or credit (Valid for full-price and discounted items)

Return is extended to 30 days (excluding items promotions and sales), and choose between an exchange of a product at the same price (color/size) or a credit valid for 6 months.

How to proceed?

1/For a return: Go to your account and click on RETURNS, then follow the steps to ask a return.

2/For an exchange: send us an e-mail with

your name,

Your order number (noted on your delivery note and your personal space)

the name of the article concerned by the return / exchange

 your choice: exchange (with the name and color of the item you want instead), have, or refund (if the item is returned within 7 days after receipt).

2/We 'll e-mail you your return number within 24 hours.

3/Send-us your article.

4/Once we receive your package and check the condition of the item, we return the desired item in exchange or will refund within 10 days.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent.

We do not refund the shipping cost.

We advise you to request the delivery of your package against signature and to ensure the contents (if you are outside Europe, or in the UK, or Switzerland please declare it as a return that should not be taxed).

Return for address error / non-recovery:

We do our best to deliver to you as soon as possible, if you notice an error on your shipping address, please contact us, however, once the parcel is shipped, we can not change the shipping address, and we have to await the return of your parcel to us.

In case of a return of your package for an error in the address (entered by the customer), not recovering at the pickup center, or not paying the taxes and duties (for outside Europe), Wannaccess will cancel your order and refund your purchase within 7 days.

We do not refund the shipping cost.

Moreover, 20 € for participation for shipping back to us will be deducted from the refunded amount.

In case of a return from a country outside the EU, we do not refund tax/duties.
